ABOUT
TERRIKA
Terrika Foster-Brasby is an on-air talent, sports analyst, and WNBA sideline reporter whose voice, perspective, and personality have made her a trusted storyteller in women’s basketball. She currently serves as a contributor to CBS Sports and NBC Sports, providing analysis across women’s basketball coverage, and has been a sideline reporter and color commentator for the Connecticut Sun since 2022. Terrika is also the co-host of the iHeart Women’s Sports Network podcast “Levels to This,” alongside WNBA legend and Hall of Famer Sheryl Swoopes.

Before stepping into her current chapter, Terrika spent 9.5 years at ESPN, where she reported, analyzed, produced, and helped shape women’s sports storytelling across platforms. During her time there, she contributed to WNBA and college basketball coverage, appeared on shows such as NBA Today and This Just In, served as an MLB analyst on BBTN Live, and co-hosted the long-running women’s basketball show Around the Rim. She also worked behind the glass as a Digital Audio Editor and Podcast Producer, supporting some of ESPN’s most notable original podcasts.

Terrika has covered the WNBA, NCAA basketball, NFL, NBA, and MLB, and is the creator of She Knows Sports Media, a hub built to amplify women’s sports and the culture around them. She made history as one of the first women to serve as a broadcaster for the CIAA Tournament in its 70+ year history and has been featured in the inaugural WSlam Magazine and its second edition. Her work has also appeared on platforms including NBC Sports’ Brother From Another, NPR, FOX Soul, MSNBC, and internationally on Canada’s CBC Network.

Outside of on-camera work, Terrika is an entrepreneur and owner of She Knows SportsWear and She Knows Sports Digital, specializing in custom apparel, brand design, and digital storytelling. A proud graduate of Saint Augustine’s University, she was named a notable alumna and inducted into the university’s “40 Under 40” class. She is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., Iota Sweethearts, Inc., the National Association of Black Journalists, the NAACP, and the Pro Basketball Writers Association.

At her core, Terrika is a storyteller who shows up with preparation, personality, and purpose — committed to elevating women’s sports, honoring HBCU legacies, and bringing authenticity to every space she walks into.
